Weight Lifting Routine (Free/Strong Safety, Defensive Back)?

The workouts themselves are good but you should try to get push, pull, and legs all in one day. Depending on how much time you have do exercises for legs and arms. Make sure you use all of your weight room time good and remember to stretch. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends you can either rest or do cardio.
