What should I do? How do I learn etiquette in one month?

Just follow the lead of others around you. Wait until you see others at the table picking up a salad fork and then do the same. Don't clink your fork or spoon on your teeth. Keep your napkin in your lap. Knife and fork get placed at 6 & 12 o clock on the dinner plate when you are done. Finally...who gives a rats behind about proper etiquette anyway? only those too stuffy to care about anyone else anyway. Just go with it and have fun. If you mess up, it will give you something to laugh about later.
