Please could someone help me with my hair!?

Basically I am a gay 14 year old boy and I want significant hair. There's a guy one year older than me and his hair is exquisite! It's really big and bold. But yeah, I'm 14, gay, blonde, short hair, it's quite thin, and I have a calf flick in the middle of my forehead, which takes the piss! Does anybody have some links for some photos that have what I have (hairwise) so I could copy that? Also some techniques, links, videos, recommended products ect?x
