Who's got the ideas and the words to express them?

Some people have the words but no ideas to express and some people have the ideas but lack the words to express them. Many people are in between; they have some ideas and some words but neither their words or ideas are worth much. But a few people, a genius minority, a gifted with ideas and can form exquisite sentences to express their ideas and influence the people around them. Do you know anyone like this?
