How do atheists force themselves into a daily delusion that God does not exist?

So, the origins of the universe from nothing, the exquisite fine tuning of the universe for intelligent life, the apprehension of a realm with moral and aesthetic values. That's not evidence of some sort of intelligent designer? Absence of evidence does not always equate to evidence of absence, try again. Oh, and don't say ''Who created God''. To recognize intelligent design is the best explanation of biological complexity, you don't need to explain the designer. If the best explanation always needs an explanation, we're left with infinite regress. Obviously some kind of intelligent designer exists. There's absolutely no reason to believe atheism is true, there's no valid evidence that supports it. Checkmate, atheists.
