Catholics? do you believe the roman catholic church is the only true church?

what about the orthodox churches which are considered catholics and the vatican councils say their sacraments are valid?so that means roman catholicism says it's the only true church of christ because it was founded by Jesus through Peter? what about orthodox eastern churches?
